Wilmar Carpentry is a framing contractor built by a carpenter who still loves the trade. For over 15 years, builders across Southeast Wisconsin have handed us their plans knowing the work will be done right, on schedule, and without excuses. Here’s who we are and how we got here.

Wilmar Carpentry was founded in 2021 by Jair Jimenez, a carpenter with over 15 years of experience building homes throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
Based in the Milwaukee area, Jair spent years as an independent contractor and framing homes for Drexel Building Supply before launching Wilmar Carpentry, and continues that partnership today.
What started as one carpenter who loves the trade has grown into a 15-person crew that general contractors call first. We’ve framed everything from high-end custom homes to multi-family apartment buildings and commercial spaces, and the approach is the same on every job: show up, communicate, and get it done.

Send Us Your Plans
Reach out by phone or through the site and send over your project drawings. That’s all we need to get started.

Get Your Estimate
We review the plans and return a detailed estimate the same or next day. No waiting a week to find out if the numbers work.

STEP
Project Scheduling
Once you approve, we lock in dates that fit your project timeline. Permits are typically handled by the general contractor, and we coordinate with your other trades from day one.

STEP
We Frame It
Our crew is on site every day until the structure is complete. We do our own final inspection and will walk the job with you if you want us there.
