Wilmar Carpentry is a licensed framing contractor based in Milwaukee, WI, founded in 2021 by Jair Jimenez. For over 15 years, Jair has been a trusted rough framing subcontractor for builders and general contractors across Southeast Wisconsin—known for showing up, communicating proactively, and delivering projects on time.
What started as one experienced framing contractor has grown into a skilled crew that general contractors call first when they need reliable rough carpentry.
